LitePanels Service is great...
Okay, I've had the LitePanels original on-camera light for a year. I was disappointed when it seemed to have shorted out recently, luckily when my shoot was nearly done. I called LitePanels ready for the typical fight because I was, of course, a couple weeks past the year mark.
Anyways, they couldn't have been nicer. I sent it in and got a call from them saying it had to be replaced completely and wanted to know which model I wanted. Very cool. (They now have a tungsten, outdoors and a spot...I got the tungsten.) They shipped it at their cost and I got it back pretty quickly...within a week or two (I told them I didn't need it immediately or I think they would've overnighted it.) So...sucks that it stopped working, but good service can make a HUGE difference. GREAT light...highly recommended. KW |

That's great to hear. I've been thinking about shelling out for one of their kits. Their spot unit is pretty cool and that ring light has a lot of punch! Would like toplay with the 1x1 though.
