Aputure 300dII
couple of questions for anyony that has one of these lights - I see it takes 2 vmount but I'm not clear if they're 14v or 26v?
Also I read somwhere that the recommendation was for a 260w - what do you use? |

Re: Aputure 300dII
Based on my research it takes two 14v batteries preferably 15amp at a cost of $700+ depending on run time needed. See B&H q&a.

Re: Aputure 300dII
The V-mounts take the 'regular' 14volt version. You can run it at half power with just one battery. They need to be able to sustain high current draw so 12-15 amps are needed. I've been using IDX 150s but am looking for some larger one so I have a longer run time.
