Is jinbei EF-150 a good buy?
I recently bought a jinbei EF-150 video light (mono light style) from adorama. It seems rather inexpensive at $231. So far it works fine, but it's been only a few weeks and I haven't really put it in use.
$231 is supposed to be a sale price. I wonder if I should buy another one while it is on sale. However, I could not find any info/review on how it perform in the long term, or how good their after sale support is. Any ideas, insights, ...? |

Peter - Just did a quick search for the light and found this review for the "150D" model from Feb 23, 2018:
Don't know if it is exactly the same or not because of the "D" but color would be one thing I'd be interested in. Some LEDs, especially older ones, can have unflattering color spikes so that would be my interest. It would also depend on what the light is used for, like the main key lights or for background light. |
