Anyone have any input on the quality of these lights?

I'm looking to add a continuous softbox for wedding reception video. I could either go with a new solution like this, or I was looking at adding a softbox/adapter ring to my lowell tota light stand.

I like the idea of the linco lights because 1: they seem safer in a crowd (less heat) 2: I can just unscrew bulbs if I want to reduce output without worrying about changing color temperature when dimming my tungsten.

What do you think? Are there better solutions out there? I'd like to keep this under 300 bucks.
