Love story lit by Cool Lights LED256
In case anyone wants to see some footage of the LED256s in action, here's a love story and a few skits lit by 2 cool lights LED256s and powered by Sony Batteries. Some notes using them for several wedding productions and this interview :
- LOVE how small and light they are. The accessories and bag they come with is a great touch! - Color is a bit green with the tungsten filter but I apply a minus green filter to a lot of my indoor footage anyway so wasn't a big deal in post. Not a huge deal but thought I mention it. I'm not too versed in technical know-how when it comes to lighting as I'm learning, but just my observation. - The fact that it doesn't "toast" the client like my pro light does is awesome. Brides don't like to melt :). The interviews, bedroom scene, and parts of the gym scene were lit with the LED256s. One of my cool lights had an issue and Richard took care of it instantly. Definitely great to do business with and am so happy with my investment. I'll be purchasing the LED600 in the future. Shot using Canon 7D with zeiss 50 as the main lock down cam and a canon 70-200 f/4 IS L as the "roaming" tight cam. |
