I find using a the Prompter Peoples Micro Beam 256 LED VIDEO LIGHT off camera mounted with Quick Release on a Bogen Monopod makes a fantastic [WAY IF YOU HAVE AN ASSISTANT ]for you to get much more natural video lighting, especially during dark wedding receptions. The wide throw of this light and more than ample power works great. With light mounted on mono pod you can easily hold light for long periodsof time.It works great for recording reception dancing, also helps eliminate red eye.Also no battery belts or wires .
