Can you help identify these compact flo sockets?

If you look at virtually all the manufacturers of compact flo fixtures you'll notice this common part. It's the 2G11 end cap (or socket) with the red push button release. Look at the following links and notice where the lamps plug into the fixture...

Mole Richardson... enlarge the image if you need to.

Kino Flo Diva operation manual... page 4.

FloLight 1400.

So anyway, this endcap is really common, but I can't seem to find the part anywhere. I've tried a couple other endcaps and they work... but I'd prefer to use these. Can any of you guys help?
