Need insight into choosing on-camera lighting

Looking to invest in some better on camera lighting. I've narrowed it down between the:

1) Frezzi Micro dimmer (pros: very light......cons: only 35watts max)

2) Frezzi Mini dimmer (pros: much more powerful, up to 100 watts if need be......cons: expensive, especially when you add in a shoe mount thats NOT included, and any type of adapters/softbox)

3) NRG Varalight (pros: built in shoe mount, 100watts, able to swivel stright up to bounce off low ceilings.....cons: weight!....listed at 1.3lbs....might be difficult to glide with (glidecam 4000).

Can anyone offer feedback?

We use one of these. It's expensive but it's AMAZING. Only 24 watts but you would not believe how well it works.
