Cheaper Kino alternatives in UK
Hello - I would value your opinion & experience in the following.
As Kino Flos are very expensive in the UK (220v), I am considering buying a pair of 110W: Tiny URL - create a shorter link (Walimex) or Tiny URL - create a shorter link (Photoskill) (optional eggcrate on only this one) or Tiny URL - create a shorter link (Konova) None of them have dimmers, eggcrates as standard or can switch on one bulb at a time, unfortunately. And they have various styles of barn doors & mounting. And no bags as standard. Has anyone of you got any of these lights? Thanks very much, Crispin Holland |

Try coollights.biz. Richard has a great line of products at excellent prices and he ships worldwide from China.

Here's a link to the Two bank Dimming Flo
CL-255P Cool Lights Portable Dimming 2 x 55 watt Softlight - Cool Lights USA The description says it adapts from 100V -240V and 60/50hz I've got the 4 bank from Richard and it works great! KinoFlos seem a little nicer but they also cost about twice as much. |
