Sekonic light meter help. Plz. at DVinfo.net

I was given a used Sekonic L-488 Digi-Spot light meter. I am sure this meter is a couple of years old but it does still seem to work OK. I am pretty ignorant when it comes to using a light meter but I would like to learn. First of all, is there a manual out there for this? If I can just get the basics down, then I might be able learn enough to ask some intelligent questions. First things first. Right now about all I can do is turn it on and guess at some of the functions. Help please.
