Spinet LED Light
Anyone tried this Spinet LED from Japan? They cost about US$450 but I'm not sure how well they perform.

have not tried it, but its slightly less power than the sony at around the same price, I have th sony light and its great!

I the beam angle is only 30 degrees, I can't imagine it not being a bit spotty even with an SD 4x3 camera. I think at the very least a 40-45 degree angle is better. 16x9 you would need practically double what this one is :)

check into this one, wider spread, only sony batteries but they last hours if you get the larger ones.
