Finishing out my light kit. $400 to spend.

I am a Canon HDV shooter (XH-A1) and I want to have a workable kit for my smaller HDV projects and some small HDV freelancing gigs.

I have an Lowel Omni (without barn doors), two Lowel V-lights (500w micro-Totas, as I call them), and I am thinking I am going to need some form of softbox solution to help me get out of the hard light pickle I'm in, with all of the open faced lights that I have in my kit. My smaller V-lights have umbrellas, but I really am getting tired of that look.

Other than that, my whole 'freelance' kit is ready to go, I have everything else. So what should I get? A Rifa? Some kind of Kino? I just need to realize that it's probably going to have to be a Rifa 500w or something like that if I am going to have all of my kick lights in the 500w range, also, it'll give me more push if I need it.

Any suggestions on how to flesh this light kit out? Or should I spend the money on other, smaller things like reflectors and flags and get a smaller light like a prolight, and use the money for more extra lighting things?

Technically, I could speedring the Omni, and there would be my softlight, but I am unsure if I would need more lights.

Suggestions?

The Rifa is a great addition. You might also think about a good fresnel. You didn't mention it, but how about a reflector & stand?
