Anyone have this light? Is is good? I hear it is fiberglass.

It's probably the best 1K open face light available, I think. The "redheads" are very common all over Europe, but for some reason I don't seem them around here much these days, although in the past they were in wide use. They are more expensive than the equivalent Lowel DP. The shell is fiberglass but that's not a problem. A set I used traveled all over the country via air for years, and somebody someplace is probably still using them. There are some cheap Chinese knockoffs that are more red in color than the redheads, which are more orange.

I've got a kit that's been serving us for over 20 years. They're still in good shape. They used to be standard issue for ABC net and local O&O crews. Good stuff.
