What gamma curve for DSLR's?

Does anyone know what gamma curve the Canon DSLR’s use? I own one and it seems to be quite different than a standard 709 curve. The resulting video seems to have deeper midtones which leads me to believe it has a curve similar to the hyper or cine gammas.
