A-cam
I guess this falls into stills HD since it records individual RAW photo files.

I should have clarified the scope of this forum a little better than I did... the focus here is upon those cameras which are first and foremost still photography cameras, such as the Nikon D90 and Canon EOS 5D Mk. II and others (whether they're D-SLR or not), that have an HD video recording mode.
