FCP6 with AVCHD non-native support , good for P2HD users
I just found out by reading the HD explanation of the FCP6's online manual that it implementing AVCHD transfer within the same transfer window as the P2.
I guess they are low profile about it because people might take it wrong as the native support, but I thought HVX200 users with the prosumer AVCHD cam can spare this implementation. I have to see how it works (I thought I had a AVCHD DVD somewhere). I'm thinking combining with 24fps capable Canon's new AVCHD could be good? Of course, I would rather Panasonic to include 24fps support on their AVCHD cam that matches HVX200's color. |

I tried the disc but I guess DVD version of AVCHD is implemented only via Firewire connection of the cam, not reading directly from the mounted volume on the desktop.
