very welcome Steve !

Visually, 180d film looks about the same motion caracteristics as 220d CCD.

I'm still scratching my head "why" though...maybe because film shutter is mechanical...

Steve,

You may also try dropping the detail enhancement. Doing so has helped out greatly on some of my shoots with the HVX. I usually shoot between -4 to -5.
