P2 with USB drive OTG mode, would it copy both cards?
Using the USB drive connected to HVX at OTG mode, would it copy both P2 card at the same time?
I went out and did some run and gun shooting with a musical duo, so I can't tell if I'm missing any clips. I tried to copy each cards by taking out the other at a time, but that creates the volume of that P2 and a empty folder along, so I'm assuming maybe it is trying to copy them at once? not sure. |

I've tried a couple of different USB-OTG devices, and they all copied both cards each time. It makes a different folder for each drive, and copies everything from each card into a folder. If you eject one of the cards, it should make an empty directory.

Thank you, Barry.
I think the empty folders were made every time I backed up with one slot open, exactly how you explained. I was panicing a little, to see the empty folders and nothing was in there, guessing something happened during the backing up process. However, if that so, Epson P-5000 is working very reliably. I was able to shoot a lot of footage yesterday. Still very dissapointed with lowlight ability with HVX200, but that's life. Comparing to that, HV20 was too bright (of course it turns the gain on by itself) so I had to turn few notches down on the brightness. Also, HD250 did better than HVX200 in the same situation. |
