P2 store: can you verify that the data succesfully transferred? at DVinfo.net

When dumping files from a P2 card onto the P2 store, is there a way to verify the data transferred cleanly with no errors?

So when you transfer footage on location, you're taking it on faith that everything is fine? Sounds risky if you're planning on immediately reusing the P2 card you just transferred.

If you have a little faith in those orange and green lights, then that's all you need. I have YET to lose something. When in doubt, re-copy the card.
