Thank You Kaku. SD conversions are nice and or raw 1080 clips from both cams burned onto a dvd (or DL dvd) for copying to the mac would be equally great.
have fun! -Larry |

Hi, Kaku... First and foremost, thx for everything in advance...
Then, as I intend to use the HVX200 for film out, I am mostly interested in 1080p clips with motion and, if possible, fast shutter (100th of a second and above). The settings that you used for recording should be useful as well (I believe that it appears as metadata in the mxf files)... And last but not least, I would be inmensely grateful if someone takes the time and makes the effort of converting Kaku's footage into WMV, since, at this time, it's the format that best works for us PC users. That's all! Thx for keeping the good stuff coming! |

Kakugyo HVX200 Clip #1 Yugo's cellphone whip, it's a new BMX trick!! So far, only workable with MacOS. This clip is so great. Yugo starts the sequence, starting with manual then bunnyhop with touch of rear wheel whip.....but watch his pant pocket and because of previous crash, his pocket is ripped. His cellphone slides out and he ends up whipping the cellphone with his peg. Continue to watch how cellphone falls in 720p and crash on the road. This is shot with 720/60p with defualt preset, Auto Iris. Maybe Chris has to change the file access setting. Please wait for awhile until Chris says something.

So far, only workable with MacOS. Many camera work and cast being back and forth, far and near riding medium speed. HVX200 being held on my right hand while riding my bike. Third file.
It's the static footage with cars passing by horizantally, while the cam is placed on a tripod. |

I don't think it's possible to have a link to file in the title, or is it?

I'm doing this for now so maybe when Chris makes the files downloadable then paste the links in each post. So, people can have better understanding how the footage is shot in what setting. I think people in U.S. are still sleeping because of the time difference. |

Ahh... now I get it.. well, I can wait a while longer. There won't be a PAL-version for another 3 months so there's no rush... :)

Thank you Kaku. The files aren't up yet, but I greatly appreciate you taking the time to put this footage together for us.
I somehow get this image in my mind of a nest full of baby birds all cheeping and jostling madly with their mouths wide open waiting for some poor harried mother bird to come buy and drop them some HVX footage. Or at least that's the image I get after having a few drinks tonight. Thanks Again! |
