wow this is great,
ABout the foucs anyone knows if i can pre-set the focus then call it by remote, like in and out pre-setting so i can only think about moving the camera to both targets !!! Thanks, Amr |

There is no provision for focus presets. I guess it may be possible for VariZoom or some other manufacturer to add that capability to the remote zoom controller, but if you're asking if it has a Sony-style or Canon-style focus preset function, the answer is no.
You do, however, have distance readouts in the viewfinder (either in feet or meters or by the MF00-MF99 scale) so you can memorize your two focus points and rack between them. The magnified focus assist works even while recording, so you can execute a fully-focused rack focus shot with the HVX. |
