P2 Viewer and loading at DVinfo.net

Newbie question. Does anybody actually use the P2 viewer download? If so, are there any keyboard shortcuts? There is no mention of this in their so called "help files".
Also does anybody load video from their system onto the p2 card? Once the card is formatted for the camera, it is no longer a simple extra drive. I need, at times, to take video from my system with me to the shoot. Any suggestions or ideas would be great.

The Edius P2 option claims to be able import DVCPro25 and 50, edit and export back to P2 cards. Probably a bit early for there to be much practical experience of this.
