Imported MOV from Firestore won't play at DVinfo.net

Hey guys,

I am working with another editor who has an external drive of mine with some Quicktime Files copied from my Firestore FS-1-00 onto the external. They are recorded in 720 24p. They played fine on my computer(MacBook Pro, Final Cut Pro 6). However, the other editor cannot open them on his computer. He says the file opens up and is black and he can only hear the audio. he is on Final Cut Express HD. Is he missing some type of firmware and where does he need to get it?
