Can't hear audio through headphones at DVinfo.net

Help please,

I'm in the middle of a shoot and the audio going into the headphones suddenly doesn't work. The camera shows the levels, but I cannot hear anything. Even with playback I cannot hear anything, but the levels still show. I tried the headphones on an iPod and it worked just fine. I also tried new headphones — same thing. Could I have hit a switch?

Camera? On the 500 you might have changed monitoring to 3/4

Sorry. It is the HVX-200. The same thing is happening with both of our cameras. I can't figure this out

Did you turn the volume on the headphones all the way down? Buttons are below the menu arrows, the page +/- buttons.
