60p comes out 30p with duped frames?
So I shot some 60p footage today with the intent to dual use it... it would be regular speed in one project and slo mo in another... When I brought it into AE and stepped through it, while it registered as 60p, it appears to have merely duped every frame 1 time, so it seems to have recorded 30p and just doubled up to 60p.
Has anyone else seen this, what could I possibly have done wrong to get this? |

Did you record in 720/30P or 720/24P instead of native formats?

No I recorded 60p in the recording set up and left the scene settings at default.

Then it records without any duplicated frames.
How does the clip look in NLE software? When you advance each frames, you should see the cadence. Maybe you have to export with different format that is guessing but AE doesn't accept DVCPROHD 60p format directly? |
