P2 store up to 160gb - Anyone done it?
I was wondering if anyone has been daring to hack open a P2 store and put a 160 gb drive in? I'm not sure the drive is also a boot drive, or if the program works on a separate flash drive?
PANASONIC I don't know if you listen to customers, but if you do, create a P2 store with removable drive so we can upgrade them as bigger drives come on the market. Michael |

A lot of people have been discussing this for over a year but to my knowledge, nobody has tried it or been successful with doing this.
The new bigger P2 cards and future even bigger P2 cards have already made the P2 Store basically obsolete so I will be surprised if anyone attempts this at this late date. Best, Dan Quote:

yep, that is why I purchased x6 16GB P2 cards instead of getting P2 store or FS100.
