what setting do you think the best to convert from 1080/60i to 1080/30p?
There was a video shoot with HVX200 and HPX555, but in some situation HVX200 was not sensitive enough for the dark room, so Z1J was used in that case.
The whole time it was shot with 1080/30p mostly, some 720/30p over 60frame, then how do you think we should handle 1080/60i footage from Z1J to mix with the rest of 1080/30P? I'm trying to use Compressor and the frame control with progressive selection. Is there any other better way? |

Is it better to just deinterlace it?

The frame control in Compressor is the best way to go.
Takes forever though |

Thanks, my setting turned out okay and your input saves me trying other ways, so thanks. It was about 1 hour of footage but converting was done while I was having dinner and riding my bike around. I guess Mac Pro 8 Core helps. |
