Panasonic g7 25p vs 50p detail
Is there anyone that owns a g7 that could check something for me? My g6 was softer in 1080p 50p compared to 1080p 25p. I have done a side by side check with my gh3 and at 25p both had the same detail but the g6 was noticeably softer at 50P.
So I only want to know if that is also the case for the g7? |

Re: Panasonic g7 25p vs 50p detail
Thx for the info, I was thinking on replacing my gh3 with the g7, from what I have seen the g7 is cleaner at 6400 iso then the gh4 so would be great for candlelight only venues and a bigger improvement in low light to the gh3, and for it's current price it's a bargain. Have you used it at weddings?

Re: Panasonic g7 25p vs 50p detail
I have not used it for my weddings Noa, i stick to my 70 ds and 6 ds, however i am going to use it on my glide cam hd 4000 this year as the auto focus is great on the glide. That will free up another angle on the 70 d at the speeches and ceremony.
This was a bridal wear promo i did all on the g7 but not in 4k. Regards Steve |
