Bad news for MFT
Here is a link to a recent article by Scott Bourne at PhotoFocus.
https://mbox.server302.com/readmessa...4&folder=Inbox I have a GH3 and a few lenses. I have had issues and have contacted Tech Support at Panasonic. The service isn't what I have had at Canon but not unacceptable. What do you think? |

Re: Bad news for MFT
Scott - sadly, the link didn't work for me. Is this the article you meant to link to?
There Is Potential Bad News For Micro Four Thirds And Mirror-less Camera Shooters | Photofocus That said, I don't find his argument compelling. The first mirrorless camera was released 4 years ago. The first mirrorless cameras intended by their manufacturers to be "professional" have been released in the past 12 months (e.g., the OM-D EM-5, GH3 and upcoming OM-D EM-1) Standing up the infrastructure to service professionals will take Panasonic (and Olympus?) at least a decade. In the meantime, you can buy an EM-5, GH3, and EM-1 for the price of one pro Nikon or Canon camera if you need a backup. Cheers, Bill |
