Panasonic warranty service: Outstanding
I sent my GH2 in for repair under warranty two weeks ago.
They are returning my repaired unit via next day air because I said I needed it. They scoured Texas for the part needed, had it couriered same day to the repair center, and are sending it out tomorrow. For a consumer product, this level of service is, in my opinion, completely over the top. I was in contact with the tech, communication was amazing, and I am pleased, to say the least. Of course I haven't received the camera, and do not know that it is repaired satisfactorily, but I imagine it will be. We''ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
