White balance DMC-G2
Looking at the DMC-G2 for shooting video in a variety of interior artificial light areas.
How do you white balance it? I have used T2is in the past and they seem very difficult to get a good white balance on video. Thanks in advance. |

Re: White balance DMC-G2
I use a white card (or other white target), and adjust the manual Kelvin white balance setting. Perfect white balance every time, better than my T2i.
I don't trust the auto white balance on any of these cameras. |

Re: White balance DMC-G2
Bill,
Thanks for the reply. Since you have both the T2i and G2. Which do you prefer for video? Subject matter will range from interior setups to on location (interiors and exteriors shoots). Thanks in advance. Pat |
