Just received my GH1 from J&R - 1.22
I posted in another thread but I wanted to let everyone know that I received my GH1 from J&R just a short while ago and it is firmware version 1.22. I have not decided whether to apply the hack yet - I figured I'd get to know the cam a bit before doing so. ;)
Anyway, HTH. |

Just got mine too last week, I'm eventually going to apply the hack. So far, I'm pretty amazed at the video capability. I'm in the process of getting some other lenses, etc.

Hi Mark,
I'm going to get a Canon FD adapter as I have a couple of those I want to use. I'm also going to get a dual-head mount and see about shooting some footage with my Canon HV30 mounted right next to the GH1. But for now I'm reading up on the hack. Not quite as straightforward as I first thought. Good luck. |

Thanks Paul, I'm about as far along as you are, right now I'm going over the various threads before taking the plunge! I'm leaning towards adding the Panasonic 20mm pancake, also have read some good reviews of the Olympus 14-54mm 2.8. I'm anxious to start shooting more video with it.
