GH1 DIY Follow Focus
Here is a simple way to make a Follow Focus lever for the GH1 out of some steel wire.

Thanks for posting this. Can you give a bit more of a rundown? I see you got a sign stake, but how did you bend it so nicely? What tools did you use?

Follow Focus Wire Forming
I unwrapped the second curl and re-wrapped it around some PVC pipe that was about 2.75 inches in diameter. With a little hammer work I got it round (enough) and at the proper diameter. Don't make this too tight or it will bind the camera ring depending on how perfectly round the ID is made. I then slid on some shrink tubing and shrunk it. Next I made the short grip curl around a small pipe but this could have been left as a 1" or so radial finger.
