Optimum ISO Setting For FZ2000

I read elsewhere on "DV Info" that the optimum ISO setting for a GH5 as far as video image quality goes is ISO 400.

Does anyone know what the optimum would be for the FZ 2000?

Ron

ps I also read, elsewhere, that the optimum aperture setting, at least for stills is F4/5.6
