Panasonic HC-X920 has an 8-Blade Aperture

After far too much deliberation, I purchased an HC-X920 to coexist with an STD750 (TM750) from a few generations back. While I like the 750, the diamond-shaped bokeh remains a noisy nuisance in pretty much everything I shoot.

So I was pleasantly surprised when I stuck a penlight in the barrel of the x920 and saw an 8-blade aperture. I've attached an image compared with my 4-bladed 750.

For my purposes, this is a significant upgrade, and one I hadn't seen mentioned in the reviews.

(I realize these are not pro cameras, but they seem to get a lot of attention here, so I thought I'd post.)
