progressive footage capture

Hi there, I have a very basic question about the dvx-100, I would be glad if you help:

Can you capture a progressive footage (that has been shot by a dvx) by any other ordinary camcorder to a pc?

as above, but the reason for this is that the footage itself is within a 50i stream
