Do the Default and First party Pana Batt's have memory?
anyone know? It comes with the small default one, then i bought the same kind but larger for more battery life which lasts about 4 hours (damn package says 5), and i wanna know how i can tell if they have memory, so i can know if its ok to leave in the camera, or charge if its halfway.

Look at the back of the battery, if you find the words Ni-Cd, Ni-Cad or Nickel-Cadmium on it, then it has memory. If Ni-MH or Nickel-Metalhydrid or Li-ion or Lithium-ion stands on the back of the batt, it has no memory. But I think they are Li-ion.
