Newbie DVX-100b Help
Hi to everyone from the DVX-100B newbie who needs help!
I wanted to just start out easy with this camera and ease into it. I know it is way too much camera just to take quick shots of the grandchildren, but I have been unable to find another camera that I like that gives me the kind of quality I want for posterity at a price I could afford. NOW: I am perfectly happy to just use automatic for a while, and the only scene files I have been using are the F1 normal in daylight and the F2 fluorescent in those lights. First question: Is there any way to get the camera to come up in automatic mode by default when I turn it on? I can see the picture is bad without pressing the button to turn the mode on when I turn on the camera, I do not want to have to set the iris, manually focus, or do any of that stuff, and I am sure I will forget to press the auto button one of these times when I turn the camera on and then I will be sorry with the bad footage I will have. Thanks in advance for any help. Don |
