Panasonic vs Sony/Canon
What do you guys think about the panasonic AG-DVX100 compared to the Canon GL2 or the Sony VX2000/PD150. I could not find the price of the panasonic yet but other than that does it produce a better quality footage than the Canon?Sony ones?????

DVX100 vs. XL1S vs. PD150
What are the comparative advantages/disadvantages of the DVX100 with respect to the XL1S and PD150?
What if you don't intend to shoot in progressive mode, but only in 60i? Is there any reason to choose the DVX100 over the XL1S or PD150? |

I haven't even seen the DVX100 yet. Reagarding the GL2 and VX2000..., they are great cams. It depends on the features you need when pondering about a cam. I think the VX2000 is better than the GL2, but I would pick the GL2 over the VX2000 because it suits me better. (Look Ma, I can hold it!) With the VX, I'll have to spend 3 months in the gym before I can hold while shooting with it for extended periods of time. Now, where are those DVX100 cams? A local dealer promised that when they get some in, I can use the one set aside as a rental/demo for a day.
