UK Price of DVX?
I am uncertain of the regular price of the dvx100a in the UK, as some places are selling for nearer £2,000, and some are shockingly selling at close to £4,000. Does anyone know what the usual price of it tends to be?

It's got to be well under £2000 now Steve, or it won't stand a chance against the Sony FX1 + BeechTek. At the video Forum in London this month the two cams were side by side into big LCD TV monitors, and the poor old SD Panasonic looked decidedly jaded.

Steve
I got my DVX for £2350 last month on TCR. That was the cheapest I could find it with a face to face Panasonic dealer. |

Thanks, I thought some of the net prices were steep, and I'd definatly want to go with an AD when I purchase. Hows your new DVX running so far?

Guys,
if you still feel like it, take a look at CreativeVideo (http://www.cvp.co.uk), which lists it for a mere £2041.70 +VAT, as I just discovered and I'm ready to buy. |

Stephen,
Thanks for the good advice, but why in particular? Do you happen to know something about the specific retailer I should be aware of? Besides, isn't the european warranty valid for all the countries of the EU? |
