244hours...Squeaky Heads at DVinfo.net

Hey guys--I have racked up 244hours on my DVX100A and now the heads are starting to squeak. I'm guessing some lubricant would probably help (KY?...sorry). Has anyone else had this problem? The cam is still under the 1 year warranty. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THanks!

Contact a Panasonic service facility and send it in for repair, it should not squeak.
