DVX100a $100 price-drop at B&H
Anyone else notice the $100 price-drop at B&H on the DVX100a? It went from $3499.95 to $3399.95.
I wonder what the reasoning was behind this, and if it will continue to drop? |

It's about time...
Their just readjusting their marketing price point since there are so many other authorized dealers that sell it a 3399.00 IE EVS. They probably realized that their losing business to other vendors with the same service if not better support than BH.

I bought my 100a a year ago brand new etc. from BeachCamera for $3,249.00 and the price is still the same today (wow, talk about holding value even with xl2 and HDV cams out now), but now they're offering a $300 rebate so it drops to $2,949. I am a huge fan of BHphoto and buy the majority of my camera equipment there but when it came to the DVX after some vendor research, BeachCamera was my final choice as they had the lowest price, the 5400 mah batteries and the yellow panasonic hard shell case all of which BH didn't have and they had very friendly customer support, located in NJ. www.BeachCamera.com .
