DVX 100 sudden power failure?
Has anyone experienced a sudden power failure with the 1st generation DVX 100. This happened to us suddenly on location. Luckily the rental house was close and they delivered another unit. It couldn't have been a humidity issue because we were mostly outdoors and there were no problems on the first day when mostly indoors. We think it might be an overheat sensor because once left in a cool place for around 30 minutes to an hour it came back on line.

Power failure
Our batteries were fine. We even hooked up the ac power adapter and it wouldn't power up. But as stated above, it powered up again after a while of not being used or what we might think was a cool down period from heating up out in the open. The rental house said that it had happened before and that it may be one of the issues with the first generation DVX and may have been resolved with the new models.
