DVX100A footage flickering on render- advice?
Hi all,
My dad is finishing up a short film with a DVX100A @24P, editing on Premiere Pro 1.5 (version before CS2?). He's rendering out to avi and is seeing flickering in brighter areas of the frame. I have very little experience with this camera, hoping to get feedback from experienced operators. Is this a common problem? Are there any solutions that will decrease or eliminate the flicker (better codecs to render to, de-flicker plugins, etc)? Are there any tips on workflow for future projects that I can pass along? Thanks very much for your help! Chris
