Power supply on DVX100
Hi guys,
Question; I noticed how easy it may be for my DC cable to become damaged. And I also noticed that there is a 7.2v port where the battery/DC cable goes into. Instead of buying another DC cable as backup, can I just get a multi-adapter to plug into and power my DVX100? If so, which multi-adapter at what specs? eg: volts, watts, amps... |

Dushan, just give it a little time and I'm sure someone will chime in. I'm not sure where you're located, but in my Eastern time zone you posted at 2am and that means between here and the west coast U.S., that lost about 10 hours to people sleeping.
Though I do know that some of the posters and Wranglers here only actually sleep once a week. |

I'm shocked no one knows this...??
Haven't any of you guys wondered what would happen if you damaged your DC cable adapter and your batteries ran out? What would you do then? You'd have to have a replacement..and it's about $64 bucks for a DC replacement and you can't just buy that anywhere, like you could a multi-adapter. That's why I'm asking if anyone knows this or has tried it as backup.. |
