See your manual for details. -->>> Thanks Ken, but that was not what I ment, I was wondering _how_ it locates the end of recording, when you press END SEARCH, obviously it's queing back & forth, I was just curious about _what_ it was doing. /magnus

I assume that it searches for a time code boundary. That is, a place where the recorded time code ends.
