Hi guys,
I have filmed my whole short in 24pa and now to capture it in cpu I dont want to use tha camera but sony dsr11 or sony gvd300. I suppose that has nothing to do with 24pa and if I am capturing in vegas then should it matter I play from the camera or either of the above vcr's ??? thanks

In most cases, any deck will play any type of 24p or 24pa footage for capture. In a few cases, there have been reports of decks stripping data information off the tapes, but on the decks you list, just make sure no settings that affect timecode or data code tracks.

Harish you should be fine on the DVX capturing in Vegas. The footage is still stored at 60i, you just need the software to do the pulldown and Vegas will do that.
