It doesn't say if it's new or used, NTSC or PAL. It doesn't even say if it works.

It's probably somebody's hijacked ebay account. It's a 3 day auction and probably a scam or fell off the back of a truck.

Also note how shipping insurance is not offered. This guy want's to dump that camera, and have nothing to do with it. Stay away.
