Panasonic MX500 USB Driver Problem at DVinfo.net

Hi, Can anyone help? I have been unable to use the Panasonic supplied USB driver on Win2K Pro (service pack 3). After installing the driver, when I connect the camera the system detects new hardware OK and then requests the driver location. When this is entered, and the driver is accessed, the system crashes. I have tried the alternative driver available on Panasonic's download centre but this is no better.

Any ideas what may be the problem or where I can find a USB driver that works on Win2K?
