Hi Everyone,
I've considered buying a 16:9 WS adapter for my GS-70. bh has them for $349. Anyone have experience with these adapters? Doug

Using one is pretty much a straight-forward deal; what you'll see in the viewfinder is a "spaghetti western" effect with everything squished. Make sure you have your editing program, whatever that might be, set for 16:9 editing. That'll "unsquish" the video and hopefully add the letterbox matte above and below the image.

Thanks Chris,
I shot a friends' wedding last week using the gs-70's. Except for the alter, the lighting was not good. I needed to color correct so much in post that I think if I ever charge someone to do a wedding; bigger chip cameras are in order. Thanks again for your info on the WS adaptor Chris. doug
